Jackie passed away on the 6th of June 2025, peacefully at University Hospital Waterford, predeceased by her beloved mother Margaret and niece Penelope, Jackie is deeply mourned and sadly missed by her loving partner Darren O' Hanlon, father John, brothers Ted, Killian, Owen, Thoma, Shane and Jason, sisters-in-law Marianne, Kay, Erica, Michelle and Seana, nieces Meagan, Heather, Jessica, Ellie, Willow, Luna and Nova, relatives and friends.

Jackie will be reposing at The Kiely Funeral Home, Dungarvan on Sunday evening, 8th June, from 5 p.m. with Prayers at 7 p.m. Requiem Mass at 11 a.m. on Monday morning, 9th June in St. James' Church, Ballinameela. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
