John Sexton

Peacefully at Cavan General Hospital in his 90th year. Predeceased by his parents, brothers Andy, Michael and Jimmy and grand-daughter Ciara Lee. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Rose and his children Martina (Donal McKenna), Anna (Larry Lee), Sean, Feidhlim and Amanda (Richard O' Reilly). Sadly missed by his grandchildren Jason, Conor, Darragh, Dylan, Eoghan, Sean, Felix and Juliet, sisters Mary Coss (Dublin), Teresa McAllister (Dublin), Ann Rossiter (Wicklow), and Margaret Fitzpatrick (Milltown), sister-in-law Tess, brothers-in-law Ray, Andy and Francie, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan on Friday from 6pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Removal from his home on Saturday to arrive at St. Brigid’s Church, Laragh for Funeral Mass at 12noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
