Nellie Scanlon (née Curtin), Inchebawn, Templeglantine, Co. Limerick, and formerly of Caherlevoy, Mountcollins, Co. Limerick, passed away peacefully at University Hospital Kerry, with her family by her side, on Thursday, 5th June 2025. Predeceased by her husband Willie and brother Johnie, Nellie is very sadly missed by her loving sons Timmy and Nicholas, daughter Mary, daughter-in-law Mary, son-in-law Nick, grandchildren Evan and Sophie, sister Joanie, brother Willie, brother-in-law Dan, sister-in-law Peggy, nephews, nieces, relatives and a large circle friends.

Reposing at Harnett’s Funeral Home, The Square, Abbeyfeale (V94 AK44) on Sunday, 8th June from 6.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m. Arriving at The Church of The Most Holy Trinity, Templeglantine on Monday, 9th June for Requiem Mass at 11.00 a.m. followed by interment afterwards in the adjoining Reilig na Tríonóide, Templeglantine.
